Change of Mind Returns 

We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund on a case-by-case basis, provided the item in question is:

1. Returned within 14 days of order;

2. Not used (with original packaging and tags);

3. Not damaged in any way.

If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process.

We will provide you with a refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order.

Damaged or Faulty Products

 All Easy Bread machines are sold with a 1 year warranty period. This ensures that your machine will arrive to you in complete working order as intended by the manufacturer and / or specified by us. Easy Bread will replace a product if it is considered to be Dead On Arrival.
The Easy Bread capsules do not come under warranty, once they have left the warehouse they cannot be returned.

Dead On Arrival – “DOA” Warranty

An Easy Bread Machine is considered DOA if when first taken out from its packaging:

  • It shows symptoms of a failure.
  • It is discovered to be broken.
  • It is defective.

The DOA period is 14 days from the date that you received your order. Each machine comes with a 1 year warranty. To be able to claim this, please register your product ASAP after receiving it. 

Under the warranty provisions,  Easy Bread will repair / replace or refund the machine, based on each individual case.

It is a condition of each product’s warranty that you securely pack the faulty or damaged product so that it is able to be returned to us via the transport carrier. We strongly recommend you retain the packaging your products comes in for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return a product for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so.

If you dispose of the packaging then it will be your responsibility to source alternative adequate packaging to use to return the product.

Our insurance policies require photos to enable us to make a claim for damage caused to a package in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged and wish to receive a replacement please email photos of both the damaged product and the packaging, together with your claim so we may process it promptly.

Unless otherwise indicated, warranties are return-to-base warranties.

An Easy Bread Customer Care Representative will provisionally determine whether your machine is DOA.

Where Easy Bread has provisionally determined that a Product is DOA, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Easy Bread.

If the product is deemed by Customer Care Representative NOT to be DOA, and is not covered by warranty, Easy Bread may refuse to replace the product or give you a refund for the product.

When a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned DOA product becomes our property.

Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned product.

When a refund is given, the returned DOA product becomes our property.

Procedure for Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  • Please send an email to and include in your email: 
    • Order number (on your invoice).
    • Date of purchase
    • Product purchased.
    • Detailed description of the problem.
  • Our customer care team will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number provided the manufacturer cannot advise on a solution to the problem, and the product is still under warranty.
  • Customer care may then ask that you return the product to us, so that we can get our or our suppliers Technical Teams to assess the fault and proceed with the warranty claim.
  • The method of return freight will in most cases be, the via the same carrier that made the initial delivery, however we reserve the right to nominate an alternate carrier where we determine this to be appropriate. Unless otherwise indicated, warranties are return-to-base warranties.
  • If returning the product please include the following information on the outside of your return package:
    • The original order number.
    • The Return Authorisation (RA) number you were given.
    • Your Full Name.
  • To ensure a faster processing of your return, please include the following information on the inside of your return package:
    • The original order number.
    • The Return Authorisation (RA) number you were given.
    • Your Full Name.
    • Detailed description of the problem.



Replacements or refunds under warranty do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product or as noted on the product listing.

If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, Easy Bread expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product.

To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products purchased from Easy Bread for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.
